Web development, web systems, CCTV and networking, cyber security consulting and ICDL training are scoped and quoted individually. The specific terms, timelines and deliverables for a project are confirmed directly with you before work begins, and these general terms apply alongside that agreement.
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order or quote. Hosting is billed on a recurring basis for the term selected; other services may require a deposit or milestone payments as agreed.
While we take reasonable care in providing our services, VuyoM Online is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by South African law. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Some services rely on third-party providers, such as domain registries, ESET for licensed antivirus software, or ICDL for accredited training certification. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by these third parties, though we'll assist in resolving any impact on you where we can.
